Once we have confirmation, we will process your order and start the laser cutting process. Your finished product has been packaged with care and security and is prepared for delivery. Postage takes seven days from the date of design and colour plate confirmation. Seven days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. We pick the top courier service and have it delivered right to your door.
To ensure delivery safety, bubble wrap, boxes, and polystyrene are used. We always prioritise product quality both during production and delivery to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Warranty
Office signage and home sign warranty at PlatzeHaus for a 3 months guarantee. If there is any damage to the plate, will be replaced with a new plate or money back. Damage must be reasonable and not due to negligence on the part of the buyer. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Plate damage or breakage due to negligence on the part of the buyer. Plate damage or breakage due to the negligence of a third party. Returning money or replacing a new plate due to negligence on the part of the sender or service of the courier. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Every material utilised is appropriate for both hot and cold climates. Stainless steels have a long lifespan in most cases. Acrylic plastics are incredibly strong, resilient to weather changes, and have a multi-year shelf life. Similarly, vynil has a five-year shelf life, although this varies with weather.
The house plate is very simple and quick to install. We will include installation instructions for the home plate in the manual package. If women follow these three easy installation steps, they can also do it themselves. Every screw, wall plug, standoff bolt (male and female), and nut will be posted collectively.
